Our website is built on a custom platform and hosted using third-party cloud infrastructure providers, including Vercel Inc., which provide the technology that allows us to present our work and offer our Services to you.

Any payment information you provide in connection with a commission is processed by our third-party payment processors and is encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or any of our designs, images, photographs, or other content, without express written permission by us.

We provide bespoke floral design, event, and installation Services on a commissioned basis. The scope, pricing, timeline, deposit, payment schedule, cancellation, change-order, and other commercial terms applicable to a particular project are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and us (a "Commission Agreement"), which governs that project in addition to these Terms.
Our Services involve fresh flowers and natural botanicals, which are seasonal and perishable. Exact varieties, colors, stems, and materials are subject to availability and may vary, and we may substitute items of equivalent style, quality, and value. Images, portfolio pieces, and prior work shown on this site are illustrative of our approach and do not constitute a guarantee that any specific result, arrangement, color, or material will be replicated. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images shown on this site; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any Services or information will meet your expectations.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. SECTION 10 - SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into text messages from The Flower Boutique by Beverly Hills Florist, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and operational text messages (such as responses to your inquiry, scheduling, delivery and installation coordination, and customer care) and, where you separately opt in, marketing text messages from us.
Program Description & Frequency: Messages may be sent using an automated telephonic dialing system or other text messaging technology. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and commission activity with us.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your text plan. The Flower Boutique by Beverly Hills Florist does not charge a fee for this text program.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel marketing SMS at any time. Just reply STOP to any marketing text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. Please note that even after opting out of marketing messages, we may still contact you with operational or transactional messages relating to an active inquiry or commission.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Commission Agreement with respect to a particular project, the Commission Agreement controls for that project.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California.
